Can't use website even after signing in

Even after being required to create an account to view the recipes, it is a huge hassle to even deal with the website. It keeps signing me out, skipping the recipes and going straight to the reviews, giving me ads, or refreshing the page without my permission so I have to start all over. To top it all off, there is no "help" section or a way to contact the administrator about this issue. Really disappointing, considering they have a huge arsenal of great recipes on their site. In summary, I would not recommend Epicurious to a friend.
